Reporting $100 interest from a foreign bank account on 1099-INT. What should the Federal Identification Number (FEIN) be?

I received approx $100 interest from a foreign bank account in 2019. The foreign bank does not provide 1099-INT form. I used to enter this in the past as if the form was issued. But I used to just enter the amount & bank name and submit.

This year, Federal Identification Number (FEIN) seems to be a required field. But there is no Federal Identification Number (FEIN) for this foreign bank account.

Should I just enter 00-00000 as the FEIN and proceed?

For TurboTax online, in order to e-file, the IRS requires a valid employer identification number.  If you do not have one, you would have to print out your tax forms and submit them by mail.
