Repayment of healthcare tax credit when married filing seperate

I am comparing married filing separate with joint filing.  However when I enter the 1095-A information for the MFS version it limits how much credit I have to pay back to $2700.  From what I have read I would need to repay all the credits because of MFS status.  (We do not qualify for the exceptions to that rule)

How do you enter the information or trigger Turbotax to require all the advance credits to be paid back?

TurboTax is aware of the issue regarding the repayment calculation as it relates to Form 8962.  The investigation is on-going and updates will be provided as soon as they are available.

Will the update automatically change the calculation, show up in the error check or require to reprocess the related steps in the credits section?

Yes, when there is a known issue, the updates automatically change the calculation, but many times you will need to revisit that section for the update to happen.
