Q: Did you inherit this HSA ?This is my HSA Account and I want to answer "No"?But the hint says if you inherited this from spouse then Answer "NO".

Please help on what should be my answer here. I received 2 1099-SA because my Bank merged with another bank.

You are correct. You should answer NO.
Only answer YES if inherited from someone other than your spouse.
