Product support from a TurboTax specialist.... it says that I don't qualify for EITC but the IRS Earned Income Tax Credit Assistant says I do for $1205

It appears that the IRS website subtracts pre-tax contributions (box 13

The EITC is not calculated from your W-2, but from your earned income reported on your 1040 in total.  See EITC qualifications for more information.
