Plumbing expenses

As an Independent contractor I take care of 2 rental properties and get paid with a 1099NEC for this work. I paid $3300 for plumbing repairs for one of those property (part of my job). Can I deduct this? which category? thankyou!

Yes, you can deduct it.  If you paid a plumper to do the repairs enter it under Contract Labor or Repairs and Maintenance on Schedule C.  If you did the repairs yourself and that was the cost of the materials, I would report under repairs and maintenance.

Thankyou! I also paid a gardener to maintain the lawns at both properties. Deduct that also under repairs and maintenance?

Yes, the lawn care can be included as a maintenance expense.
