Personal use days for my primary residence converted into rental property

I lived in my primary home till March 12th of 2018. Then I converted my primary residence to rental and listed on March 18th. Tenant joined on June 1st. So what are my personal use days? 0 in turbo tax. Is my personal use days from Jan1 st to March 12th?

Please help. I am confused with this personal use. Some people says its 0. some people says its from Ja1st to March 12th.
