PA schedule O line 6 (Health Savings Account contributions allowed for federal purposes) = 0. Don't I deduct HSA contributions for PA? I did for federal.

My contributions were entered and deducted on my federal return. Don't I deduct them for PA? I'm using TurboTax Deluxe.

Yes, but that line should only be populated if you entered HSA contributions outside of your payroll contribution.  Most HSA contributions are done through your payroll and employer and are already reflected on your Form W2. These contributions would already be accounted for via your W2 for PA, so they won't appear on that line.

If you made a personal contribution outside of your payroll directly to your HSA, then go back through the federal entry and reanswer / review the questions.  It should pull the number automatically to your PA return.
