On the part where you enter information about childcare or who watched your child in 2019, I need to update that info & change it so I wanted to restart

You can do that.  Here are the steps.

 

1.  Click on Federal in left hand menu

2.  Click on the "deductions & credits" tab at the top of the page

3.  Scroll down to "child and dependent care credit"

4.  Click Edit/add 

5.  Continue to the page titled "Here are your care providers..."

6.  Edit the provider or "delete" and "add a care provider"  as needed
