On my property taxes they want an amount I paid that was not on my principal residence. won't let my return be filed. Tried zero , didn't work either.

Navigate back to the property tax section under Deductions & Credits to verify your entries for your primary home and second home or land. If all is good there, move on to the personal property tax section for things like motor homes, mobile homes etc. 

Lastly, if you are using TurboTax online you may wish to clear your cache and cookies so that any new changes you have made has been reflected.
