On my paystub is "Post tax Aflac Medical' that I contribute monthly ... can I use this as a deduction? I also have a small Landscaping business/2nd job.

No, AFLAC is an Accident insurance, which helps with expenses from covered injuries caused by an accident.

The IRS doesn’t allow you to deduct premiums you pay to maintain accident insurance coverage, and the income you receive under the plan is not taxable income because it is post tax.
