Not sure what MACRS convention to use to depreciate improvements

I own a house that I have used as a rental for part of the year (in different proportions of rental and personal use each year) almost every year from 1994 until 2021. I have made four improvements to my house in that time: a gas furnace placed in service in Sept. 1994, a new roof placed in service in Aug. 1996, an attached storage shed placed in service in Oct. 1998, and rain gutters placed in service in Aug. 2000. Every year that I have rented the house, I have depreciated these improvements using Table A-6. Residential Rental Property Mid-Month Convention Straight Line—27.5 Years from IRS Pub. 946 (How to Depreciate Property). I hope that this was the correct table to use!

When trying to depreciate these improvements in TurboTax, I'm asked whether I used the MACRS Half-Year or Mid-Quarter convention when I placed them in service. The Mid-Month convention is not an option. So since these assets were all placed in service in the second half of the year, should I choose the Mid-Quarter convention? Or what should I do? Thanks.

According to this IRS reference , use the half-year convention because neither the mid-month or mid-quarter applies.  Look in the index under conventions for further verification.
