Not allowing to e-file because foreign income not recognised as income and all income and tax lines are showing zero. How do I get it to recognise foreign income & file

I had the similar challenge and entered information in form 4852  to generate substitute W2  and generated 1099-R

Where did you enter the foreign income?   You can't e-file an empty tax return, but if you entered income, your return should not be all zeros.   What kind of foreign income do you need to report?
