Non-reimbursed Education Expense Deduction for a College Professor

Is there a way/form on which unreimbursed expense (necessary overnight stays, classroom expense etc.) as a college professor can deducted/claimed ?

No.  You cannot deduct unreimbursed business (or education) expenses if you are an employee.  If you were an independent contractor (self-employed) you could deduct them as a business expense, but not if you are an employee.
