If installed on a personal residence, not used as a rental or in a business, those improvements are not deductible on a tax return.  The cost of the improvement would be added to the basis of the home when the home is sold.

They were installed on my house in 2024. How and where would I claim those if I am able to.

You cannot claim the cost of the new roof and skylights installed on your personal residence on a tax return.

As stated - When you sell the home you can add the cost of these improvements to the basis on the home.
