My taxpayer first name on my consent disclosure says it does not match even though it does match?

There is possibly a bug in the software.  You may want to do the following:

  • Return to your personal info section to edit your name. 
  • Delete your name and then re-enter it.
  • Save
  • Return to the e-file confirmation page.

This should correct the problem, and you should be able to continue e-filing your return.
