My Schedule A Med/Dental expenses seem way high (50K+). It says this is imported from my 1099 R. This doesn't seem right.

There are a couple places in the 1099-R interview where you enter medical expenses paid from your retirement plan.  Go back to your retirement income by entering those words in the search window and clicking the Jump To below.  Edit the 1099-R in question to go back through that entire interview and check your entries, including Box 5 of the form. Errors like this are almost always errors in decimal point or comma placements.
