My only income is from W2. I'm NOT self-employed. However, I work from home and want to claim "Home Office" expenses. Is Turbo-tax Premier version good enough?

I hope I do not need Turbo-tax Self-employed version !

I understand that you are not self employed. Please review the following articles to correctly enter W-2 job related expenses. Additionally, use the following link to review and compare products, Premier shows as covering form 2106 and Schedule C. https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/premier.jsp

However, since I do not know what your entire tax situation is. I advise to review all the forms covered on the link. (Per the Premier Edition Online it does cover form 2106)
