My OMB 1099-R shows what I paid in Insurance Premiums. Does the total include what I spent on Vision and Dental Insurance? If not, can I deduct them?

The Q is the best I can do.

If you do have medical deductions not included on your 1099-R, you can add them as Medical Deductions.

However, remember that you can only deduct 7.5% of your adjusted gross income of Medical Deductions.  TurboTax will assist you in making this determination.

The following IRS Topic No 502 explains the medical deductions allowed:

You would have to ask the issuer of the 1099-R what it includes.   Medical expenses are an itemized deduction.
