My husband and I were served with a court order and evicted from our owned property due to an ex-wife. Personal property was lost. Is this deductible?

sorry for your situation. There is no deduction for your losses. 

Very sorry---but no, that is not a deductible loss.  Only losses that occur as the result of being in a federally declared disaster area are deductible.
