My HSA under medical expenses comes up "0" for 2019. From my 1099-SA Gross Distribution $5,577. Box3=1 Box5=HSA. Contributions W2 box 12b=(W) $7,000 What did I do wrong?

I typed in all the info, but on the 2019 Deductions and summary page,I can see the number for 2018 but 2019 comes up 0. I double checked and all the information is there.

You would want this number to be 0.  This is indicating you have no taxable distributions from your HSA, that all disbursements were used for qualified medical purposes and therefore you have $0 of your distribution being added to income.
