My HSA contribution is showing as income. We used the HSA for medical bills, but I don't have an 8889 form.

Did you enter your 1099-SA form in the Deductions & Credits section? When it asked if you used the money only for medical expenses, did you answer Yes?

you need to complete 8889  in the search nox type 8889 and complete it
