Home Warranty is deductible under Insurance Expense.

See IRS Publication 527, Types of Expenses, Chapter 1, page 3: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p527.pdf

This is for my home residence not a rental.

Home warranty on your residence is NOT tax deductible.
