My home mortgage lender is my father. He did not provide a 1098. Can I still claim the deduction?

Yes, you can still claim the deduction without a 1098!  You will need to select "The seller is financing this loan and I didn't receive a 1098."

The loan must be secured by the home, for the interest to be deductible
