My employer informed me that I would not have to pay taxes on my foreign earned income. I moved overseas in August and I am still living overseas.

How do I file so that I do not pay taxes on my foreign earned income? Everyone I work with does not pay taxes, but it appears that I am.

Legally you have to report foreign earned income, unless you want to be subject to an audit and found guilty or fraud.
