My employer did not provide care but offers a flex spending plan for dependent care. Why is TurboTax identifying my employer as if they provided onsite childcare?

After entering your W-2, There is a question Did (Employer's name) provide on-site child care?

Make sure you didn't select Yes. 

To review that section:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Federal Taxes.
3. Go to Wages and Income.
4. Click Edit next to Job (W-2) 
5. Continue until you get to the question listed above. 

Your W-2 box 10 is used for both on-site day care and a dependent care FSA.  You have to tell the program which benefit you had.
