My daughter's other parent is claiming her as a dependent this year. I have her listed this year as a non-dependent. Am I still able to claim the Child and Dependent Care Credit for the daycare expenses that I paid last year?

Yes you can claim the credit for expenses paid out of pocket as long as you had income from working during the year.

The description beside your daughter's name in Personal Info probably says non dependent for EIC/child care only.
