My child's daycare payments were automatically deducted from my paycheck after taxes, not an FSA. My employer listed this amount in Box 10 on my W-2. Is this correct?

No, if the child care payments are in your W2 Box 10, they were pretax.  If this is not correct you must contact the employer to correct.  Otherwise you must enter the Child Care Expenses in the Deductions & Credit section of TurboTax so that you are not taxed on the income.  (It is tax free as long as you use it for daycare as you did)
