My child has a UTMA and received a 1099DIV and 1099B. Is my child required to file their own return because of the 1099B, or can I include them on my return?

Your child will have to file a tax return if he/she received a Form 1099-B.  While parents can elect to report a dependent's interest and dividends on their tax return, that is not an option when there is a Form 1099-B.
