My child (age 8) worked as an extra in a movie this year and received a W-2. How/Where do I add this?

You do not add your child's W2 income to your return.  

Your child would only have to file a tax return if the W2 income is his only income and more than $14,600.  If there was tax withholding, you can file to get the withholding refunded.
