My business address is my PO Box, but my home office is wherever I have my home. How can I input this information?

You can only enter one address for your business on the Schedule C. 

Since you run your business out of your home office (and not the P.O. box), on the screen Do you use your home address for your [XX] work? mark the Yes button.

The P.O. box is just a mailing address.
