Moving expenses deductible - state I moved from or state I moved to?

I moved from Oregon to Montana in 2016. Do the moving expenses apply against my Oregon return or my Montana return?

Moving expenses always get allocated to the state that you are moving to.

TurboTax incorrectly allocated my moving expenses between states instead of allocating them all to the state I moved to.  How do you fix it?
