Minnesota state return, "Contributions to Medical Expense Accounts": Can this be contributions to an FSA?

I'm working on the Minnesota state tax return, and have come to the line item, "Contributions to Medical Expense Accounts." Should I put the amount of my contribution to an FSA there? Thanks!

No. This is a reference to a specific type of account that is particular to Minnesota (some state run their own MSA programs).

The FSA is a different kind of federally-defined account, for a variety of uses.

So, do not enter FSA amounts on your Minnesota return.
