Medical statements=total of expenses;but a lot off back/forth all mixed in labs/fees/surgical.Its not separated well. Can I put the sum than risk separating it lab/xray?

My medical statement doesn't break it down the way intuit asks and there's a lot of contractual write off. Can I list total medical as long as could provide paperwork if audited?

Yes, you can.  TurboTax will use the information you provide to create a medical expense worksheet to support your itemized deduction.  This is for your records. It is not part of your tax return.  As long as you have detailed support of your medical expenses, there is no benefit to a laborious effort in breaking them out for a worksheet that is informational only.

Keep in mind that in order to claim medical expenses you must itemize deductions and only the expenses over 7.5% of your AGI are deductible.
