Logged out of ItsDeductible and now it does not show my donations.

Hi,  I entered a lot of 2018 donation information into ItsDeductible a couple days ago;  I also used ID in 2017 for donations successfully.   I logged in today and now it does not show my donations - all information is blank for 2018 and even 2017.  Is it possible I have another ID account?

This happened to me today. I donated around $3,000 worth of items in 2018 and none of the donations show. How do we access this?

I had used the wrong username at 1st; after I looked up and used my correct username, I was able to access my charitable deductions.
