Thanks, Follow up Question from 2009 thru 2016 the LLC had 3 partners and filed 1065 K-1 forms , Then in late 2016, 2 partners resigned, and left me as the only individual in the LLC. I sold the Property in Feb 2017. So based on that I can enter the sale and money flow from the sale thru the LLC to me and onto my personal 4797. Correct ??
