Your single-member is a disregarded entity and all taxable events are reported on the personal tax return of its owner.

Yes, you enter the sale of the rental property on your personal form 4797 even if sale documents bear the EIN of your LLC.

Thanks, Follow up Question from 2009 thru 2016 the LLC had 3 partners and filed 1065 K-1 forms , Then in late 2016,  2 partners resigned, and left me as the only individual in the LLC.  I sold the Property in Feb 2017.  So based on that I can enter the sale and money flow from the sale thru the LLC to me and onto my personal 4797.  Correct ??  I'll reference the LLC on the property description.  Correct ??  thx for the quick reply

Yes, if you are the sole member of the LLC in 2017.
