Lived in multiple places. Which zip code should I enter in the question "what is your home zip code?"

I am preparing return for my daughter.

Her home zip code is in Texas; she worked in MA for a short while, after which she went to study in MD for the rest of the year.

Her 1098-T shows she is a full time student.

Zip code of which state should be used against the question "What's your Home zip code?"

You will use the Zip code for your daughter's permanent residence not where she worked for a short period of time or where she attends school.
