Live in Virginia and did not see where to deduct personal property taxes paid. this is not real a estate tax it is a tax on personal property such as auto,s owned

Go to "Deductions and Credits", then go to "Cars and Other Things You Own", then go to "Personal Property Taxes" and enter your tax there. Be sure not to include the $23.50 MV License charges on each car, since that is a fixed registration fee and not deductible. You need to subtract those fees from what you enter as personal property taxes.
