Job Related Expenses- I am a firefighter and work 24 hours shifts. Does the money I put in out of my pocket to eat each day on duty count as a deduction? Thanks

No. It's not a qualified job related expense. If you were self employed, it's not a qualified business expense either.  Since you're a W-2 employee, meals are not deductible except under special circumstances which I'm not going to cover here since none of those circumstances do, did, or will ever apply in your situation.
