If you have verified that you did Not check the box that the child provided for over one-half of her own expenses, then delete her as a dependent and re-enter.  Paying careful attention to each question asked about the dependent.

Sometimes, the quickest solution is to delete your grandchild as a dependent, and re-enter her information. This is like the nuclear option, but it is usually faster than going around back and forth trying to find the problem.
