It appears we need to submit a statement to waive the NOL carryback periods for 2018 and 2019 since the CARES act brought this back. Does this mean we cannot e-file our returns with turbotax, or is there a way to submit these waivers with e-filing? Thanks

in forms mode enter NOL in search box. you should see in the drop down menu NOL election. even though it may say this doesn't apply check the box and it will be included in the return.
