Is there something I need to do if I mistakenly entered my 5498 SA form in the 1099 SA place?

Do I need to amend or correct (2017 taxes) if I entered my HSA 5498-SA information in the 1099 SA box?  I see a $412 amount from 2017 and now I see that apparently I don't need to put anything from this 5498-SA form onto TurboTax.

You should amend your 2017 return, because the copy of the reports that your HSA custodian files with the IRS will not match the copy of the 1099-SA that they received (or did not receive - in any case, it won't match), and neither will match the form 8889 that was part of your 2017 tax return.
