Is there a way to find an EIN Number without a W-2, calling the business or paying a premium for it?

Why would you need an employers EIN if you do not have a W-2? You need more than the EIN to file if you are a W-2 employee. Get a copy of your W-2 form the employer (or do you need it for some other reason?).

Is the employer out of business ?
Since it is now after February 14 and you haven't received your W-2, you need to follow the steps here below.
Get your last 2018 pay stub and call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040.
The IRS will ask you for some info before following up with your employer.
After notifying the IRS, you can either continue waiting for your W-2, or paper-file your return using Form 4852 and your last pay stub. You can find instructions for how to file with Form 4852 here https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/3351348
NOTE: Returns includingForm 4852cannot be e-filed per IRS regulations. So you will have to print and mail if you go this route.
