Is the IRS allowable rate for mileage of $.575 per mile different if you have an electric vehicle (i.e. Tesla)?

The IRS mileage rates do not differentiate between an internal combustion engine vehicle and an electric vehicle - https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/irs-issues-standard-mileage-rates-for-2020
