Is the cost of tree removable destroyed by storm deductable? How about the tree replacement?

Unless you are in a federally declared disaster area, casualty losses are no longer deductible on a federal return.

was the tree located on business including rental property, then it would be deductible on the appropriate form.   if it was your home, then no.
