Is medical insurance taken from paychecks

I would like to know if taxes were paid from my paycheck is it considered medical insurance in doing my taxes.

No, the medicare taxes withheld from your paycheck are not the same as having medical insurance.  Your employer may also take some money from your paycheck to contribute to employer-sponsored medical insurance, but that would be listed separately, under box 12 or box 14.  However, box 6 where it says medicare tax withheld is not the same as having medical insurance..
