TurboTax does support form 3468.

Form 3468 is used to claim the investment credit. The investment credit consists of the following credits:

  • rehabilitation,
  • energy,
  • qualifying advanced coal project,
  • qualifying gasification project, and
  • qualifying advanced energy project.

To claim the solar energy credit, you need to use form 5695.

What forms do I use if I have installed a solar panel set up on a commercial property I own? I am a sole proprietor and use Schedule E for reporting my rental income and deductions.

I have used the form 5695 for my home solar, but on the office building TurboTax didn't provide a form 3458.

Thank you for any advice or suggestions!

IRS Form 3468, Investment Credit is included with all the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions.

Enter investment credit in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen.  Click on Jump to investment credit

Yes, TurboTax Home and Business supports Form 3468, Investment Credit.    @MizSaratoga

You can either search for Investment Credit or visit the Less Common Business Situations in TurboTax.  The Investment Credit is part of Business Credits, the first option in the list.
