Is inherited property (the house of my deceased mother) considered inherited property even though I have two other siblings that will share the proceeds?

If you inherit the actual house, you will need to report the sale when it happens. But if you only receive proceeds, then there will be nothing to report - you'll want to check with whomever is administering the estate to find out.
