@maria-krainova , not aware of any posts on this issue. However, to be able to find out why TurboTax is misbehaving in your particular situation, you have to tell more about your case --
(a) what type of foreign income -- Interest income, Dividend, capital gain or what ?
(b) How was this foreign source income and taxes paid reported to you --- 1099s or a statement or what ?
(c) Which country is the foreign income from?
(d) what is the amount of foreign taxes paid to this country / ies ?
