The IRS database probably has incorrect information concerning the 2018 AGI for your Social Security number.  Or you filed the 2018 tax return late in the year.

Regardless, try entering a 0 (zero) for the 2018 AGI and e-file again.

If this is also rejected then you will have to print and mail the tax return.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for printing a tax return for mailing - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/printing/help/how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online...

If you amended your 2018 tax return, that can change the AGI. Trying using the AGI from before you amended. Then try the AGI after you amended. Finally, try entering a zero for the AGI.

If after all three you still can't e-file, then you have no choice but to print, sign and mail the return to the IRS.
