In Texas. Having difficulty figuring out what is considered building materials for sales tax decuction.

In Texas.  Main residence and have resided the entire tax year for 2016.  Having difficulty figuring out what all is considered building materials during a residential remodel (bathrooms, new bath, add new home theater in unfinished attic).  I thought flooring (tile), hardware (faucets etc..), frameless shower glass, tub, toilets, etc.   Items I'm not so sure about would be...the in wall speakers around the room, projector, seats, microwave and fridge to go in the new space.  Any help would be greatly appreciated and needed.  Thank you.

Generally, anything that is permanently attached to the structure of the home. Something that you would expect to sell along with the home if you sold, rather than taking it with you.
